Cantex Mine Development Corp V.CD

Alternate Symbol(s):  CTXDF

Cantex Mine Development Corp. is an exploration stage company. Its principal business activity is the exploration and development of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits, and it is considered to be at the exploration stage. It is focused on its 100% owned 20,000-hectare (ha) North Rackla Project located about 150 kilometers (km) northeast of the town of Mayo in the Yukon Territory, Canada where high-grade massive sulphide mineralization has been discovered. Over 60,000 meters of drilling has defined high grade silver-lead-zinc-germanium mineralization over 2.3 km of strike length and 700 meters depth. It has a 100% interest in four mineral properties in Nevada. It has two projects in Yemen: Al Hariqah (Gold) and Al Masna (Nickel, Copper, Cobalt). The Al Hariqah is a near-surface gold deposit located about 130 km northwest of Sana’a, Yemen. The Al Masna’a nickel, copper, cobalt project is located in the Saadah region some 205 km north-northwest of the capital city, Sana’a.

RE: last message

RE: last messageI fully agree. The time for the exchange to approve the 43-101's, the PP and the shares for debt is close at hand. When the NR eventually is released there will likely be a "pop" in the price. Due to the lack of property advancement over the past two years due to lack of funds has been trying indeed. Bottom line here is once the above is completed, CD will have the funds to advance the properties further to a point were the drilling results should attract others to the potential of the property holdings. The continued strength in the price of Nickle and still being in the early stages of a multi-year gold bull market should be a benefit to CD's exploration efforts. I believe that even after the PP closes and the subsequent run-up, CD will still be undervalued. At some point in the future, management will get the required JV partner to fund the Yemen projects and then they can focus on other areas as well. More resources to Nevada and perhaps back to Greenland? Breakout on the way. Cheers
