acquiring control

acquiring control Liegh powted .... acquiring control of a company on the open market as reference in the posts on the thread is NOT nearly as easy to do as outlined ---------------------------------------------------------------------- I beg to differ on that point Leigh 6 investors at 2,000,000 shares 12 investors at 1,000,000 shares 24 investors at 500,000 shares all are less than 10% so they follow the standard rules of purchase. All I am saying is that these investors 6 - 24 would/could hold the controlling voting shares and be the rudder that steers the ship or the tail that wags the Dog. Stan does not have as much controll of the voting shares now holding 2,000,000 shares with 24,000,000 issued as he had holding 2,000,000 shares when there was only 10,000,000 out there. Stan has gone from 22% to just under 10% on a personal controll level. I can see a directors share option being issued again that would irritate and further alienate investors. Stan sure was concerned that there were a couple of desenting votes on the directors share options plan at the AGM and I can see why. WEH
