drilling newsBravo Venture Group Inc. BVG-TSX.V reported today that crew and camp mobilization is underway for the spring exploration and drilling program at the company’s Woewodski Island project in SE Alaska.
The company said its field camp is being assembled at nearby Petersburg, Alaska and will be barged to the site for arrival approximately April 25th.
Bravo said it will prepare for an initial eight hole, 1500 metre diamond drill program scheduled to commence in early May. Three distinct targets will be tested with a focus on the Mad Dog zone where previously reported high-grade mineralization included up to 44oz/t Ag, 27.6% Zn and 16.3% Pb from chip samples and 17.4 oz/t Ag, 21.3 % Zn and 6.78% Pb from a 1.5 metre channel sample.
