RE: acquiring control

RE: acquiring control some very interesting posts .....there are some very smart people on this board, people with knowledge and insight who have been picking up shares very quitely 5 and 10,000 a pop and it sure has not driven the price up. There are a fair number of investors that have 3-400,000 shares and it would not take a huge amount to put themselves in the 500,000 share bracket and thus not drive the price out of sight. One might just be surprized at the number of share that would come on the market at under .75 should the buying be done in a thoughtful and slow manner prior to this fall and any major annoucement. This would have a very good affect on the shares as the price would rise and the avaiable shares become less and the tail that wages the Dog would become stronger. This does not mean that Stan would be voted out only that controlling votes would be held by investors and therefore things would not be an automatic slam dunk. Outside imput and thinking outside the Family barnyard is not a bad thing and would create a broader field of play, and thought provoking moves. People somethimes get struck in the same thought process or rut and need to be joked back to reality for progress to be made. There is presently only Stan in the A Class, 1-2 in the B class, a few more in the C class and quite a few in the D class 3-400,000. If D class investors were to start picking up the shares offered things could have a very surprising effect on things to come next AGM. The price is certainly right to buy at the moment. WEH
