It is very difficult to train techies based thousand of miles away, much much easier if they are in the same office. By techies, we are largely looking at Oracle programmers, as this is what TT is written in. Maybe a nother dba whatever, I don't know the current mix oof skills outside ofof the two johns. Great way to learn a new program is to bug fix or write new features under the guidance of someone that really knows the code already. This is what we are unable to do with Tech7 techies. Once TT/SB is buttoned down tight and the whole customomistation and implementation preorcedures have been documented, you can take that on the road and teach tech7 et al, to implement. Core development ideally wnats to reamain on one site, Markam still needs beefing up. jmo Idle
