RE: You know what they say....Fundamentally the company looks stupid for selling their stash in Q4 2003 at ~$380. Now it will take 5 years of 33% production set aside to rebuild the original gold hoard even as the the gold price is higher than $380.
As an investor I couldn't care less if they have a stash or not. If the stash doesn't help the share price and I can't participate in the Goldcorp wealth story with dividends that are way higher than savings deposit rates, the stock is no longer worth the downside risk of principal loss if the POG goes to $370 as McEwen predicts.
As it is, anyone who bought and held Goldcorp just about any time since April 2002 has lost money.
