So which is it
So which is it am I lieing and deceiving or am I making defamatory comments?
I am not troufignon....it is called a joke, I thought it was obvious, so if you think i am getting into trouble for his posts good luck.
Lastly, the Golden analyst has already published his feeling that the Medical side, in his opinion, is like a me too test and will be a hard nut to crack. So I think he may be saying that the ramp unit for medical testing may not be significant for this company. It is a recognized view from a professional...although it may prove tobe wrong.
But I would like to thank you for pulling my April 23 post so I won't get into trouble. But I think it has become obvious that you are not some Joe Blow interested in a company.
Public Companies are Public Companies. If one does not believe in a public company one can state his opinion, it is not defamation. This is not related to rbm, but question about a companies management are raised all the time. Jean Monty was absolutely blasted by the media and public. Clearly I would like to have you point out exactly what you are referring to in terms of these defamatory comments because honestly, besides commenting on what I thought was the high value of rBM I have no idea what you are talking about.
I did repost my feelings for where rBM will be at the end of the year, the post you had pulled. I can't reread it to see if in fact I did make a mistake and cross the line, for which I would apologize. But to say it is overvalued is my opinion and I think I am allowed to make it. If I think there will be about 80 million shares plus or minus 5% and if I think they will get off to a slow start and miss their sales targets am I not allowed to voice that opinion.
