RE: Interest

RE: InterestInteresting points of view on both sides of the debate! Lots of companies shed off some of their lesser properties via some form of JV, so there is no shock in that regard. What concerns me here, and many others from reading your posts, is the non-disclosure. This transaction, combined with non-disclosure of a very material fact, combined with the party to whom it was done(insider) does not pass the smell test at all! It reeks of back room wheeling and dealing, and as one poster has mentioned, we may not know the benefits to us for quite some time. From an article I read on Solid and its 3 main Spanish properties, this 'G' property and its potential looks very bright, so I don't see this as a transaction wherein SRW is dumping a dog at all. If the property was dumped off to GoldTech, because SRW has too many irons in the fire with its D-P property and its NWT prospect, plus that nickel propsect in Spain, then that would make sense. But why the no disclosure? I am not overly impressed, but am committed to remain and see how it develops as the 'G' property was never its primary interest. Time will tell all. GLTA
