Its principal business activity is the exploration and development of mineral properties for commercial mineral deposits, and it is considered to be at the exploration stage. It is focused on its 100% owned 20,000-hectare (ha) North Rackla Project located about 150 kilometers (km) northeast of the town of Mayo in the Yukon Territory, Canada where high-grade massive sulphide mineralization has been discovered. It has a 100% interest in four mineral properties in Nevada. It has two projects in Yemen: Al Hariqah (Gold) and Al Masna (Nickel, Copper, Cobalt). The Al Hariqah is a near-surface gold deposit located about 130 km northwest of Sana’a, Yemen. The Al Masna’a nickel, copper, cobalt project is located in the Saadah region some 205 km north-northwest of the capital city, Sana’a.

RE: Be patient.

RE: Be patient. There are many ways to respond to your comments but I will keep it short and hold off until a more opportune time. I will only make a couple of points here. While we all now that there has not been a lot of attention giving to Cantex affairs in the past couple of years, perhaps others would wish to review the past financials and see who exactly and how much money they are being paid(well actually being owed to them for shares for debt) for this lack of visible activity. Granted, there may be more going on behind the scenes that we are not aware of and I look forward to seeing the 43-101's approved in the short term so drilling can start again after all these years. Regarding Kathrine's immediate responses to emails from some shareholders. Great for you. I have sent an email or two with weekly reminders and I have yet to get a response. Perhaps my line of questioning is not taken to kindly by pointing out things that I do not think are correct for BOD's? One thing is for sure I am not going to give up. I won't be the only one asking these questions in the future. Anyway, much more activity will soon be upon us. Let's hope that we are all equally rewarded for our for hanging around so long.
