Naked Shorts in Berlin?

Wow.. These guys don't quit. I've noted a few OTCC stocks complaining about unrequested listings on the Berlin Stock Exchange. They are suspecting the naked shorters have picked up there where they left off in North America on April 1. Check out BGRR's efforts to demand delisting and thwart shorters with stock dividends and new CUSIP numbers. I have no idea or the time to see if Balaton has been targeted over there or not. Either way it is immaterial as June will be soon upon us. Any thoughts anyone as to whether a interested Major would want to leave Balaton with a piece of the pie? A deal breaker for some of them?
