My trip to Rona - Ottawa

My trip to Rona - OttawaI went to Rona on Innes Road Ottawa today. I asked for a biodegradable stain and paint stripper. I was directed to the Circa Softstrip product, I said that i did not want that, but what about a deck cleaner. I was directed to a brand new shipment (still on the pallet) of a product called Cleancoat. I then asked if they stocked Removall or Biowash product, and the response was "never heard of it" we don't do the ordering from this store because we are coporate, but some of our other franchised operations may carry what you are looking for. Talk about leaving dissappointed. The marketing dept really needs to get their act together and follow up with people like Rona coporate to ensure the product is going on the shelf, if we are going to survive. Lets hope that Ms. Sue Anne Linde is the right person for the job, because someone somewhere is dropping the ball.
