Don't worry about splitting hairs TM, you are the first person to reply to my request for clarification on this point, it's appreciated. I certainly am a rank amateur when it comes to rules of the exchange. Where does echange approval of PP fit with NR saying doing a PP, and following one saying it is complete / closed. We had the former a while back, that's when people started to sign up to it. I think you are right that it is closed when all of the money is in, that's when we get the 2nd NR. But you beleeive they HAVE to release anything material occuring between these two points, interesting. Opposite of what I was told from a broker friend? Maybe I wasn't listening carefully? Idle
