RE: Paul Hart...Just to comment on Adept's post.... why would they want to be hurting?
I don't know if you people read my previous posts or not, but I'm not one to bash/pump this stock. I prefer the facts.
Let's look at it from another prespective (as did one person asked so eloquently)...
1. Paul & Sankar own the majority of the shares.
2. Company is moving towards profitability.
3. They offer the "bad" news first, followed by "good" news.
4. SP plummets.
5. EFL (presumably) offers to buy back some of the outstanding shares with their own money at CHEAP prices (i.e. 50 cents).
6. Paul & Sankar end up owning almost all (or a large majority) of the shares.
7. The company goes private!
So going back to the question that was posed, "there are no intentions of taking the company private is there?"
Paul: (in a solid voice) NO!
Sankar: (in a shrivvled and maybe anticipating and being anxious about the question replies) No, no, no.
So... question is, what are they really trying to do? It's either Sankar was nervous and anticipating this question, or it caught him off-guard.
Make your own decision, but if you see an NR that the company's buying back shares, I personally wouldn't take it as a good sign.
