hey yrelessI agree with you that win needs to work harder at marketing, etc. I am sure that they are trying their best, but as you point out, it isn't working as we would like. As far as Redline stating that they didn't infringe on Win's patent, that's just a lot of wind from their management and we all know it. Bottom line is that money talks and they are now paying the money so everyone knows that Redline is full of S@!t. Redline had NO choice but to pay orelse they wouldn't be paying. You can bet the farm on that. They knew they were going to loose in court so they looked to settle. Win did the right thing. As far as Hatim reading the boards, obviously, he does. I am rather amazed and impressed and a whole lot more at the same time.
