The tech7 guys that took oracle training, that was just after we aqquired tech7, around a year ago?. 2 were due to come for training in Markham on TT in Q1 (presumabley the same 2), this was postponed becuase of the workload Markham had in completing the first 6 customers. I haven't heard anything from the AGM that suggests we have moved on from this position yet? We are still working on the first 6 customers and tech7 guys still haven't begun training on TT. For the record, there is no criticism implied here. I don't unerestimate the difficulty or importance of tuning TT to needs of it's first customers. Just looking for outward signs that this process is completeing and the "Cookie Cutting" is gearing up to begin. It appears we are still in iterative development of core product stage. 'Unleashing Bob' suggests that SCS beleive this stage is coming to an end soon, but from experience we have seen this has proved incredibly difficult to predict even by those closest to it. Idle
