RE: IMO

RE: IMOPS, I would like to apologise to everyone for my deteriorating typing skills / concentration. Jet, and TM, I missed a comma and some words out of last post which totally changed it's meaning, sorry guys. Let me retype; I Agree with you both about Solarnet (High Reward, looking more and more like they might pull it off). I agree that Solarnet aspect is high risk / reward, but not SCS as a whole, I think TT/SB has a much lower risk (and reward) profile on its own, though integrated into Solarnet which is now more a name for the distribution links / channels including our own website, yes much higher reward potential, lower probablity of acheiving these heights. To go to Zero, would take us failing to finally nail down TT/SB and the API and move on to new customers. I haven't heard of anyone jumping ship yet at least from TT/SB which is a very good indicator we are not heading to Zero. I have worked for a compnay that rolled out a new personnel database application to too many customers too quickly, couldn't cope with the support problems and after two months had to roll them all back. Disasterous PR. We have had a tough time this last 10 months, but we haven't made that mistake. I am not sure what is hapening with SRM, we only hear of two big customers (C&H is one) I thought there were more live? But even if some are no longer it is no big issue. Links to SRM can be switched on or off with no interruption to the customer, so no big issue if it was switched off for some customers for a while until they had API totally nailed. (This is speculation, I don't know that this has happened, just exploring worst case based on what we have heard). So to summarise, other than delays in nailing API and TT/SB, there is no evidence of heading to zero, and lots custoemrs lined up ready to exploit these products when we are ready to start rolling out to new customers and adding new links. Can't wait.
