RE: Long term
RE: Long termAnother definition:
Good management in Oil & Gas: ability to grow cash flow over time; has PSH management demonstrated this ability so far?
At 20 cents per share Portrush is trading on speculation that next year's cash flow will be about 5 cents per share, or about $1.5 million, valuing the partnership net for the Texas play at $15,000,000 or lower, and correspondingly the Michigan contribution to PSH cash flow at zero or higher.
I've read quite a few posts here suggesting 20 cents is too cheap, and that the market should discount this company's future cash flows to a present day share price of between 50 cents and three dollars. What I haven't read here is any supporting analysis. Does anyone have some reasonable numbers to share with this board? Or is everyone just hoping promotion and speculation will drive the market price for these shares higher?
