RE: ONC suffers from a lack"No matter what the reason, the stock is falling because people are selling ONC to get in on some "life extenders" and ONC chooses to once again miss an opportunity to show case their stuff." I doubt,at these low volumes, there is a mass rejection of the stock by holders.Just the normal day to day trading in the absence of any news.
