RE: Recent tank

RE: Recent tankParachute and Zippy. Evaluating a company like RailPower is pretty difficult to do. It has dynamite potential and has begun the commercialization process. Its well funded, has identified numerous very large and new applications for its existing technology and has recently announced a financing, for the development of these new applications, of a minimum of $12 M. My theory, for what its worth, is that the current price is low. I think its undervalued and may well be a short term opportunity. I wouldn't be at all surprised, and this suspicion only, if various houses are lightening up in their positions in anticipation of getting shares (& warrants?) in the new financing. Its always prudent to exchange shares and be left with change in your pocket. No doubt there are retail investors who are currently selling into the down draft. But I suspect that most of the selling is institutional. In due course we should find out if my theory is right. Who is involved in the financing, the amount of it, whether it is oversubscribed, and how quickly it closes will all be clues about the value being put on RailPower by the market. Of course the most telling thing will be what happens to the share price after closing. The prospectus underpinning the financing was bold and confident. I look forward to very positive things in the not too distant future.
