RE: Refinery PRDwyoming is quite right in his statement. It will take some time to ramp up to full scale for the reasons outlined, and I would be very surprised if FCO would ever identify its customers pubicly, as customer information is usually jealously guarded for competitive reasons. I had hoped that the company, in its nr today, could have said something more generic, but yet still informative, such as: 'to date, contracts have been negotiated representing X percentage of capacity, etc., etc.' Oh well, things are moving in the right direction.
