DTCC

DTCCThe DTCC seems to be where the rot is . Berlin is just a way to get there, Below is a snippet from another bullboard of the frustration with the system. We are moving forward at the speed of law. Jag Media, Paid and others who have exited the DTCC are factually exposing the flaws that exist in the system. More and more pressure is being brought to bear on those in power. Politicians turn on a dime and change positions quickly as pressure mounts. If Dateline does not break this story someone else will of that you can be sure. The pressure is continuing to build and credible folks are both noticeing and investigating. The Investigate the SEC site continues to grow and expand is sphere of influence. The links provide a wealth of information to anyone who is investigating this issue and the momentum is clearly building. More and more investors who have been abused by naked shorters are becoming proactive and the tide is turning. The tone in the correspondance I received this week from Senator Reed who sits on the Banking Committee which oversees the SEC provided me with evidence of change. In my discussion with Mr Greene of the SEC this week I could also sense a change in attitude as well as he talked about the 6/23 meeting on SHO. Our proactiveness is making a difference but we must continue to hold regulators feet to the fire until the corruption in our markets is a thing of the past. All IMHO.
