Very Ball$y move on CISCO

Very Ball$y move on CISCOThis certainly will raise WIN's profile. It has to do with WIFI and small potatoes as far as LINKSYS revenues in Canada. HOWEVER, creative dealmaking could put Fujitsu's WIMAX chips in Cisco products in the future?? That is, Cisco could, in essence, end up paying royalties to WIN for WIMAX. I thought maybe WIN would go after (future) small clients of INTC for use of patent-infringed WIMAX chips. Given the choice of a lawsuit or buying chips from Fujitsu, the company would quite possibly become a Fujitsu client. Would be interesting for ALVR to have contracted for so many INTC chips then be hit with a lawsuit. In that case, INTC would more likely come to the table?????? Or maybe not???? Interesting times!
