I think you are absolutely wrong about the exchange! The problem is there is a management history here, players whose story is getting old, who do not return $ for investors. Further, any serious investor, except the PP participants, are getting screwed by the financings, option program etc. No, the absolute reason this stock is not a hot item, is that people don't trust where management says it is going as they have had plenty of time to do it in the past. They can not attract investors. The move to an american exchange would be to wipe the slate clean, not to find fools who throw there money at speculative companies. Lots of companies have made a nice start on venture exchanges, done business, gained credibility, made returns for investors not just the people running the companhy. The exchange, once the capital is raised, has nothing to do with the companies meeting targets, treating shareholders with respect etc. The actions of this company is and has done the damage.
