RE: so? what happened at the AGM?I wasnt aware JAR was there (at the meeting). As for the options...were they not establishing (voting)options (3 mill if memory serves)? There are two types of options, "Incentive" which are for Directors employees etc and another type. I dont have my circular in front of me so I can't remember the classification but I do believe they were NOT "Incentive Options being established. Perhaps my memory fails me...but...I just thought I would ask!
