There is also another good reason to go after CISCO. WIN must get an accurate accounting of CISCO's supplier(s) and number of units, and I am sure CISCO would not otherwise divulge the facts unless forced to do so by the courts. If the 'wash' rule is upheld, WIN does not come away empty handed.
