RE: INFORMATION FROM BARRICKHi Matchbox; This happens all the time and they have a right to be in the know as they are not just investors but also potential partners. They sign non-disclosure for info presented to them just as everyone (hate to use this example)had to with Bre-X. Barrick and others were given privy info so they can do their DD. Remember the big legal threat everyone wanted to know what Barrick new but legally they didn't have to. I'm not a lawyer to say they didn't but that was the outcome as stated in many buisness papers.
