RE: Diamonds obviously a bust

RE: Diamonds obviously a bustYou state: Analysis of Trivalence clearly shows how impossible it is to make money from the diamond mining. I would suggest that there are an awful lot of companies out there that have made a lot of money mining diamonds. There are also an awful lot of them that fail to make money. Why do you think that the fact that Trivalence fails to make money can be used as a clear indicator that Searchgold will fail?? Across the board diamond exploration and mining have taken a beating in the markets but the price of rough has been pretty stable and I personally think that we are bound to see it all rebound soon. As far as the gold drilling is concerned I think that they have been pretty up front about their time line. The PP was obviously only done to cover a cash flow shortage. There is no discount to the current share price. They have some income and seem too feel that either they don’t need to raise money on a larger scale or they don’t want to go to the market for cash at this price. I don’t get what is so bad about that. I would suggest that with the share price this poorly I would certainly like to see them do everything in their power to avoid having to do a larger placement. The fact that they announced it made the whole thing look a little “Mickey Mouse” but I don’t think they have a choice in the matter.
