RE: TMG Insider Desperate PostersWell said lastdrop. It is funny because you make me realize something… I am working actually on a business plan actually and without going into all of the details of this analysis, it appears that even under the most favourable scenario, the business unit is still losing money. We looked at different alternatives (launch of new products, development of new markets,...), but nothing is working. This business unit cannot simply be profitable (not competitive). We will soon obviously get out of this business and sell it.
We simply came to the conclusion that it is totally unacceptable to run a business at loss for our shareholders.
onTHEinside9: What about you? After more than 18 years of recurring losses, what are you intending to do for your shareholders? What is your business plan? Are you intending to work exclusively as a sub-contractor for JCI? What would you do if JCI finds another partner and suddenly decides to move away? What can you do to improve the actual situation? You need to realize that $1.3M in 7 months (and $1.6M in one year I believe) is not enough... Looking forward to read you...
