RE: keep GTI on your radar this month!

RE: keep GTI on your radar this month!I can think of many but I think the biggest problem is that Glenbriar simply does not have the cloud to get this done. In a perfect world the size of a company trying this should not make a difference. In reality this tiny little venture company is trying to get them to consider a method of financing that has no precedent in Canada (correct me if I am wrong on that please). They will need to figure potential risk to shareholders and they will need to figure how insurance regulations in place here would have an affect on such a deal. They are not going to be able to just rubber stamp it, they are going to have to work at it. Can a company the size of Glenbriar trading for pennies on the venture exchange get that big regulatory body to move?? I am skeptical. Big difference in if it should go through or if it will. Very little downside to the commision simply turning it down.
