Share PriceI am not a technical analyst so have to rely to a great extent on intuition, possibly common sense (a misnomer if there ever was one). In any case, assuming the market has accurately determined the present value of IVW shares after the consolidation, with no production or revenue from the mining operation, it seems to me that you have to consider what could potentially add significant value in the future. Several factors appear to be very positive. Number one is the quality of the management who have demonstrated an ability to plan and execute. The mine appears to have significant upward reserves potential. The plant will presumably be state of the art so production problems will be minimal. They have an excellent marketing agent working on their behalf. The available lead supply is dropping while demand is increasing. Product prices are at historic highs. The mine is close to significant world markets. The labour supply seems to be of a high quality and not prone to striking. If you rely on your intuition alone you have to conclude that this is a very good investment.
