Its WWR is produced as either a standard or a specially engineered reinforcing product for use in nonresidential and residential construction. Great earnings

Great earningsIIIN.ob earned 1.98eps for q2! But price didn't go up that much. Closed at 10.30. Stock has been steadily climbing since q1 eps of .73. Fwd p/e is very low at just over 1. Company says looks good thru 2004.
