Richard said that the agreement in fact is to provide CBI with its intention to partake in the next financing within 30 days of final receipt of info. However he didn’t comment on when this start date was. I talked to CBI this morning (I'll talk more about that in a minute)and again after Richard called. CBI agrees of the 30 day deadline but again the start time is the unknown. He believes it also would be the 15th-16th though Barrick again has not confirmed this to CBI officially but I believe something is about to happen.
Now this mornings call was to talk about future procedures with CBI and its game plan. CBI will be doing the processing and assays locally to speed up the process so we get continual updates with random tests to be done in T.O. for accuracy as we all remember how frustrating that was. Another change will be if we don’t get all 3 mill at once then strict deadlines will be implemented so no more 4 month delays. The bid question was regarding the Barricks deadline and what is CBI's deadline. They have informed me this will be ASAP as no more mister nice guy and I believe him by the tone of his voice. To sum up they meet their deadline (approx. oct16th) or CBI will make the take steps for them to Sh#@ or get off the pot. Terry was away for a couple weeks and believe me he is fired up. The permits for north properties has been relayed to CBI as imminent. Take this for what it is worth if your a believer(Barrick in) then now is the time. I'm with a few others I don’t expect $1.50 immediate but do expect over the $1.00 range. All I can say is lets get the thing going and drilling is the biggest part of it.
