lost credibility with investors by not keeping them informed about
the deferral of the programs at Yanama, Antash and so on. After
making a big deal out of the fact that CHD was moving into the big
leagues with major activity on all properties to not disclose the
cancellation of their plans is indeed disappointing. A lot of stock
traded in the 40's on the strength of the program combined I guess
with Marcona leaking out. Remains to be see whether Marcona is real
or not. Unless UBS knows the real deal here, they can't be happy
with 29 cents and lots of stock on the ask from the usual suspects.
Looking forward to hearing what Marcona cost and how CHD will pay for it. More stock at 25 cents is not what this junior needs.
I welcome any other observations on where CHD is headed.
