Tarsands may be right on that point, but the fact remains that high oil prices is adding much momentum in the O&G sector so that even small cap stocks would reap some of the benefits of high oil prices, be they producing companies or purely speculative plays. People invest where there's more money to be made and right now the whole sector is red hot, even with stocks like IFR which I still consider an empty shell.
