not goodit's now over 2 mths to file paperwork - this smells bad - I'm betting that the actual money that CSI got and spent isn't an issue - I'd guess that insider trading reports are puzzling - these could take forecer to do IMO the 'auditor' (if there is one that is that these guys have put on retainer) is likely to work as fast as you ask them too. They also aren't likely to say who they are working for. The BCSC might hand out more info about what is going on. As for an AGM - I would bet that it's not even on the list of things that these guys can contemplate right now - there is likely a clause that would allow them to put it off for a while since they are under duress. this smells like a tax loss
