Hello Greenstone (Jim V?) From Vernon: Fesss up folks.... A "Secret" feasibility study??? No it's not secret, it's just not public. From Greenstone: I have NO permission to distribute it. Response from Vernon: OK no problem there but it still doesn't resolve the issue of not being able to confirm the statements made on the web page. And resolve the question why its not public. ......... From Vernon: Come on now... How many Jr's have you done DD on where they kept the Feasibility study secret? AND FOR WHAT PURPOSE??? Think about it... Don't let your desire for this stock to soar cloud your judgement... Please point me to ONE OTHER gold JR where they have made a decision to keep the feasibility study secret.... I've probably looked at 35-40 the past few months and if they have a feasibility study completed it was public data. After all.. If its good they want you to buy the stock don't they... From Greenstone: You have seen 30-40 public feasibility studies?????? Please provide the names of ten of those companies ! Response from Vernon: Please note that I said that I have looked at 35-40 in the past few months and IF (thats IF) they have a feasibility avialable it is public. I never said that 35-40 had public feasibility studies. I said that IF they had one it was public. In otherwords every company I have looked at that was as far advanced along the production curve as Simberi had data available. I'll flip this one back on you. Can you show me ONE other company this far along NOT having a public feasibility study and an independent appraisal of resources? Just one.... ......... From Vernon: Also haven't received an answer yet to the 1.5mil reserves question... The last technical report on SEDAR(April 2003)only states M & I as 428,111 oz and Inferred as 739,792 oz. This is not resource and not 1.5mil. There is no hard data or study after this that I could find. Is this info also in the "secret" feasibility study? Where did you get 1.5 Reserve?Please provide link. Sooooooo Has anyone actually SEEN the study? ..... OR has anyone actually SEEN the technical report justifying the 1.5 mil resource figure given on the web page? Or are folks just hopeful that what is in the sales info already released is true? Response from Vernon: I don't quite understand this are you saying that you don't want to post mis-information on a web site so you are NOT making the feasibility study and any other info avialable? I don't get it?? What potential information are you talking about that might be considered unreliable enough as to be interperted as Mis-Information. I think maybe that you are implying that the information on the web site is not considered "Mis-Information". Fine but in my life I've made plenty of judgements on what I thought was "Good" information that turned out to be "mis-information". This is a rhetorical statement that doesn't address the question and the issue. Believing you have posted accurate information is not the same as the information actually being accurate. In truth its up to the potential investor to decide if the information avaialble justifies an investment. The company is responsible to supply any potential investor with enough information so he/she may make an infomed judgement to the best of their abilities... that hasn't been done.. .............. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a basher, I have been looking hard at this company (Simberi) as it SEEMS they have a good property. I KNOW they have a good STORY... I don't spend money on STORIES I can't confirm though. Maybe this stock will soar... maybe,,, maybe.... maybe not... Hoping someone on this page has some answers or hard data from independent sources (as is customary) and not just.. It was in the annual report... .......... To Greenstone: Hey, lets not make this personal, Its not personal at all to me. Its questions anyone making a business decision would resonably ask and be concerned about. I realize you have a job and are most likely operating under certain restraints imposed by Simberi. But as a potential investor (and I think for those that have already invested). These are legit questions.. Approach these questions in a logical and informative manner as the professional I, so far, believe you are. Lets not get into a shouting match cause truthfully I won't get in one, I'll just go my merry way and leave the current investors in PGM and Simberi wondering about what is going on...and to carry on the quest for answers...
