RE: vrat, isn't it past your bed time?

RE: vrat, isn't it past your bed time?Kind of late (or is it early?) for you to be up, isn't it? It's only 2:00 a.m. here in Alberta, but for you isn't it four in the morning? "p.s. Where's that "la nina" everyone talked about. So far, it's the warmest winter I can remember!!!" Winter doesn't start officially for another 40 days or so. Based on my understanding of El Nino/La Nina it has different effects on the eastern and western parts of the North American continent. During El Nino years, the west has it milder and receives less precipitation, while the east gets colder temps and more rain/snow. Vice-versa with La Nina. If I'm correct that would mean that Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba along with the states of Washington, Oregon, and California will bear the brunt of any La Nina and you easterners should enjoy a relatively mild winter. How was your winter last year? Last year there was no winter at all (to speak of) where I am!
