USA Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other related activities within the United States. Canadian Operations segment includes the exploration for, development of, and production of oil, NGLs, natural gas and other activities within Canada. Market Optimization segment is primarily responsible for the sale of the Company’s production to third-party customers and enhancing the associated netback price. The segment’s activities also include third-party purchases and sales of product to provide operational flexibility.

Ya, but come on Gusher, they're worth every penny of their generous stock options aren't they? Shouldn't we all vote to give them more at the next AGM? I seem to recall crying foul on this issue ~1 year ago, only to have employees react. I've always said that free shares are not the same as putting your hard, cold cash on the table. I vote that we especially give the guy who makes the hedging decisions a HUGE bonus for just showing up for work M-F, like all the other bozos who have contributed to my retirement comfort
