RE: lift field maybeI understand your point JB, but I think you are missing two things. First of all when they did the private placement, they needed money, whereas now, it would seem, they have cash to spare. Secondly, the shares are worth more now. Have you never sold a stock at a certain price, and then bought it again at a higher price?
It reminds me of a story told by a famous art dealer, arguably with the biggest private collection in the world. He once sold a Jackson Pollock for $50K, only to buy it back later for a cool million! He felt he made a good deal each time.
