Your raise an interesting question as to US funding, but you missed one point - seems that no matter what PP that SAS wants to do there is no shortage of money in Canada- full stop. Look at all the past financings - investors fall over each other, always an overallottment, etc. Buying is starting and Thanksgiving should be a great time for this stock.
