Eritrea If one can, one should read Robert D Kaplan's articles about Eritrea in "The Atlantic" They seem to be one of the more stable, business friendly countries in Africa. Perhaps this letter had something to do with security (they have mean neighbors), or the previously mentioned gas shortage.
