Hi anyone think

I have been watching the sell off the stock is close to year low I am thinking of buying but am not sure I have made money a lot on wi-lan a few years ago. I seen a small sell off before the market closed but the bid and ask jumped up wards anyone think its a good buy at this price or I should wait Thanks
