IMHO needs to break 7.50 on some volume to start new uptrend. I may try to free up some bullets if it does......undervalued as well from fundamental point of view. Still think OSC should investigate trading activity on this one. If not mistaken hasn't price been held just below warrant exercise price for months?? Arm
