he has a passable grasp of the technical today, but can he predict the near future. I'm sure if you checked his posts from 4 years ago the content would be essentially the same. Whatever today's tech is he will tell you how great it is.
For worse and more to the point of WIN problems, is that mngt. was, is and probably shall be very incompetent for some time to come. If he can't offer advice and solutions to solve WIN's biggest problem, he basically offers nothing and takes up only space. WIN is your classic entrepreneur problem where the founder can't let go and destroys the company eventually. The current CEO is the current CEO because he is as close to Hatim as Hatim could likely find. Not a good way to choose a CEO.
