RE: Mcugly - No Response

RE: Mcugly - No ResponseReceived a reply within 24 hrs of using the on line form. A Terry Jackson gave me Frank's email address and suggested that I contact him directly, which I did (sent it as a concerned shareholder)and promptly received a reply from Frank the jist of which was: "Napier has developed a lot of good opportunities over the last year and a half. Our private label programs have gone well albeit in the first year of the program sales have been less than anticipated. We have some exciting new branding possibilities we are working on which will serve to give our technology and products additional professional endorsements. On the other side sales have not met expectations and while there are numerous reasons including poor weather and foreign exchange etc. we will certainly be tight for cash through the slower fall season. Suffice to say we are working to manage through what may be a difficult period. Thanks for your enquiry and I look forward to meeting you in person some time in the future".......Frank Dixon
