Have looked at the same math as you have - warrants vs. stock and the leverage that the warrants give you. The problem is that on a day to day basis they do not trade particularly well. The stock has some volatility and can allow you to trade a little much more often than the warrants. But over long term, with the same amount of money invested the warrants will make you some extra money.
