Had a chat with one of my tenants in the auto body work biz here in Calgary. He says that the shop in which he works is dead, and his hours have been cut back to ~1.5 days/week. He has been looking to get into another shop in the city, but it is as bad if not worse elsewhere. Not sure if this is a CGY phenomenon, or wider spread.....perhaps this is indicative of where BYD may be going, ie a distn cut if things don't improve and fast!
