Your description of the meeting seems to confirm the impressions that Carlson had already projected - down to earth, a clear focus on what needs to be done and the determination and motivation to see it through. I think he is making all the right moves. The key now is whether the WRX product will prove to be competitive in the marketplace. The company's earlier strategy never seemed to be moving towards a clear answer to that question.
