By posting false information on this board while attempting to influence share prices of a publically traded company, you have committed a Class C Felony. YOu have already told us you are here and shorting. Posting things that would constrain or restrain or drive the price of this issue down while short the issue, something you have already admitted you are doing it might be pointed out is part A of the requirements for proving that you are in violation. Part two of course is posting and reposting information which is false and known to be false. I think it has been adequately demonstrated that that is the case as well. The area is not a Superfund site, yet you have frequently posted that it is, even after being informed with citations and references to prove that it was not. You did that to suggest that the issue was overpriced and to spread alarm in hopes of getting shareholders to sell. There are other similar pieces of nonsense you have attemted to use, to numerous to bother writing of, but just as false and just as aimed to impact share prices. If you take a look at cases that are currently going on, you could be in some very deep doggie doo young man. The SEC is not too happy about basher shorts right at the minute and your case is just too much of a slam dunk. Now say your sorry to the Nice Lady Ayedgal and be on your way.
