RE: Bashers & Pumpers

RE: Bashers & PumpersHey I do own a few shares, though the reason I post here is that I worked for FCO for ten years and was one of the founders. My benefit in supporting them is that a lot of the old shareholders are friends of mine, people I have known for years. They asked me to show up from time to time to counter some of the misinformation posted here. When I don't post, they call me and email me to get me back here. About once or twice a year I still go up and drink brew with them on site, so what the heck, its not a big part of my day to do a little correction and tell stories of the early days at the company. Frankly, Scott runs the company differently than I would. I have said so on this board. Thats why I left, though Scott and I were the first two people to plan to make this company. He pulled in MG and I pulled in Bill and we started it from scratch. Scotto is slow but sure and I would have pushed to be more aggressive. Only time will tell which is the best policy, but either way its not a bad company and has one heck of a lot of resources. The Uranium plays are not significant. On that one Rio is correct. It will be a long time before anything comes of them. The silver refinery was a good buy and getting it running a good job. I think that the permitting will take longer than most assume, but it will be completed eventually. The resource of cobalt on FCO ground is very large, world class as a matter of fact and it will end up being mined. Thats the opinion of the USGS and was also the opinion of the best minds at Noranda, people like Dr. Gordon Hughes for just one example. Thats not pumping anything, just reporting information thats in the public sphere, if you know where to get the data. The only place I could be accused of pumping here is on the Mexican silver properties. I present the facts, but I do have a warm soft fuzzy for that set of properties since I discovered them. I will not get a dime out of it, but having them drilled and developed would be nice. It would also add to proving my theory on the Chihuahua Trough and metalization being related to the combination of oil field brines from Mesozoic source rocks interacting with alkalic rift border intrusives, a hybrid MVT type very different then silver bearing Irish type MVTs. Besides that it is always fun to see something you find give the kind of eye popping grade results we got out of Milagro.
